Great building but it drives me crazy that there is no accessible entrance. There is an automated opener on the inner set of doors to the main lobby but not the external doors. Super annoying when carrying stuff but I imagine untenable for anyone with a disability that relies on automated door openers.

Living at Monroe Street Market Apartments has been a fantastic experience! The community is vibrant and welcoming, with top-notch amenities and a genuine commitment to resident satisfaction. A special shoutout to Ansley, who gave me an amazing apartment tour and has been super helpful since day one. She’s always available to answer questions, manages information impeccably, and made the transition to living here incredibly smooth—she is truly the best!
The concierge and cleaning staff are also... incredibly attentive and friendly. The concierges greet residents with a smile and keep our packages organized, ensuring a smooth and efficient pickup process (and believe me, they receive a ton of packages daily). The cleaning staff does a wonderful job keeping common areas spotless and well-maintained. The maintenance team is just as impressive, quick to respond to any requests, and always making sure everything in the apartments and shared spaces runs smoothly.

Everything is great except rent is a little bit on the higher end compared to other similar options.
Service provided and location are amazing. It is always clean too.
