There is a step-down from bedroom into kitchen and living room area . There is a couch and recliner already in the unit. The kitchen has a center island with extra drawer spaces. The sink is a double sink in the kitchen. The refrigerator is full size, stove is GAS with four burners and an oven. You have a built in space for TV/Stereo unit as well. The unit has wood flooring/carpet thru out You have a nice big glass picture window at one end that makes for a beautiful view. Except for the kitchen area, all else is electric. Unit has hurricane tie-downs as well. This has two large slide outs for plenty of room. Does have a dual hot plate and small toaster oven for use. (move in will be first and last months rent, plus $1,000 security deposit. A months vacate notice is required along with NO Damage done inside or out to have security deposit returned at end of lease.)
