Don’t move here
The units don’t come w washers and dryers. The washers and dryers in the laundry room have been broken for months. The elevators haven’t worked for months. A big waste of money.

I moved in 2021. Everything was great with previous management. They were once called Belaire apartments and Glen apartments. 2 different complex. Ever since they combined. Work orders have been ridiculously slow. I asked for a fridge to be replaced in August they didn’t get to it until October. They renovated so much on the outside just to raise the rent and could care less if the unit you live in is falling apart. They force you to pay for complimentary trash pick up, you can’t opt out and... those people only come when they feel like it. They used to have nets on the outside patio to give you some sense of security from all the iguanas that crawl around this place, they removed them all to paint the buildings and did not replace them so you can’t even enjoy a nice sit on your patio if you live down stairs. You don’t have a say in nothing. The tenants who live here are great. The community make you feel safe. but management makes it a nightmare.

I did a virtual tour and moved across country. Every negative review about these apartments is true. The unit was given to me with a broken stove, dirty walls, a terrible smell in the fridge, clogged sinks, I had water backed up on day one, the A/C was broken and no filter, they didn’t even know the size of the filter, there’s no communication at the leasing office, very unprofessional. Don’t move here, this place should be shut down and completely remodeled and re staffed. Pot holes all over... the parking lot and trash all over the pools and lake. It’s a nightmare.

problematic apartments !!! there's no use complaining at the office because they don't care about the residents, my air conditioner has been broken for 2 months, I'm tired of complaining, they say they'll fix it next week and it's been 2 months. there is no water in the toilet in my bathroom, the visitor's room when it rains water enters the walls, I had to changed the carpet in the guest room because it smelled very bad and they said they would not change.
I am disappointed with the... attendants and the apartments

This place all they do is lie to clients it’s dirty all around security gate always open. Palm trees dead there is no accountability for nobody here from staff..
