We’ve lived here since 2020 and love it here, we feel safe. It’s truly a lovely community. We absolutely love our view of the pool and courtyard.

Overall its a great community with minimal issues. Since the take over from AMLI the cleanliness has improved. That gate seems to be constantly broken but the staff is very pleasant and helpful.

Management , maintenance staff are always there to help . Communication ???? . Grounds are kept up - beautiful views !
Let’s all pick up after our dogs to keep the property looking good and healthy . It’s our responsibility as residents . Management can only continue to reinforce and if we the residents need to take pictures than let’s do it !!!

I think it’s a wonderful place. Huge place amazing place. The gate is a little broken every now and again. Cleanliness has gotten better but not fantastic

Units are nice and spacious and there are a lot of stores and restaurants nearby. Park & Ride is 5’ away in the BB&T parking lot for anyone wanting to take the 110 Express to Brickell.
