So far with recently moving in,the staff was very understanding and very helpful. But Everything has been so far so good, only thing is sometimes parking a bit hectic at night.

Well maintained grounds. Walking path around lake is great. Pet friendly and welcoming. Absolutely love having an attached garage. Wish the washer and dryer were in the apartment, rather than the garage. Kitchen is outdated but definitely functional.

It would be nice if all the gyms were open 24/7 and if the car cleaning stations actually worked. Also if first floor units had fenced in patios.

I've been living at Palm Trace Landings for over a year now, and overall, the experience has been great. Our property manager, is professional, responsive, and generally easy to reach when issues come up. Maintenance requests are usually handled within a day or two, which I really appreciate.
