I've been living here for 3 months and it's been amazing. Having two pools is a huge plus. The gated community makes me feel incredibly safe, and I love the peace and quiet.

My apartment has tons of natural light, which creates a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The smart sensors inside the apartment are a game-changer. Whenever something goes wrong, the maintenance team is quick to respond and fix the issue.

When my spouse and I came, Leandro made the leasing process... a breeze, and he's always there to help with any issues in a very kind and expedite way. Sheryl does an amazing job keeping the property looking great as the property manager.

We have came from New York, and they make a lot of events for residents in the communities (for the price we pay), so there could be an improvement here.

The rest of the facilities are fantastic, and I especially love the quiet atmosphere. My neighbors are friendly and respectful. Highly recommend! to live here 4 ever"
