Management cares very little about you here, they want you to sign on, and after that you are nothing more than a number to them. I always felt like they looked at their tenants in a negative light and as such treated them as such. Collier Companies manages to make money, not to make your living experience pleasant. Hard avoid for anyone in the area.

Excellent office staff
My daughter and I just moved here about a month ago! The office staff is very attentive and check on us when walking dog just to make sure everything is ok! Cobblestone should be happy to have staff like that!!

Don't Be Fooled!
The staff is very friendly, but having lived at a Collier Company property for almost four years, it has become clear to me that their primary concern is signing leases. Once you are in your unit there is very little concern/customer service. I have had repeated maintenance issues that are NEVER fixed correctly the first time. I have had repeated communication struggles; messages not being returned, being told something was being followed up on when it was not. Recently the neighborhood here... has changed. I have had things vandalized and there was no concern or follow up by management. I got basically, call the police. There are frequently beer bottles and cans on the lawn. My neighbors have arguments out in the parking lot. People drive through with loud music blaring. So, not worth the money I pay.

a little perturbed
when we first moved in, the property manager Janet was amazing. she was so sweet and welcoming, and she was willing to work with people. whoever is running the property now is running it down. they're doing silly things to be an inconvenience on purpose. this week is the week that residents are moving, and they decided to have a tree cutting service come in and take up half of the parking throughout the entire complex. For why?!?!?! The apartments are beautiful, and there is no noise. very quiet... , and beautiful complex. they are pricey though, which is our main reason for moving.
