I’ve lived at Presidium Park for six months, and my experience has been horrible. Just last weekend, my car was broken into. When I went to the front office to report it, their attitude was indifferent at best. When I filed a police report I found out at least a dozen other cars have been broken into at the complex in the last couple months.

It’s gotten to the point where I leave my car unlocked because it’s cheaper than dealing with smashed windows. That’s not the kind of mindset you should... have to adopt where you live.

Another major issue is the package situation. All deliveries are dumped into one communal room with no organization. Good luck finding your packages, assuming they haven’t been stolen first.

This is by far the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. Been here for a year and I highly recommend looking somewhere else. When I first toured the property, the staff acted like they cared, but once you move in, it’s a completely different story. They’re rude, dismissive, and clearly don’t care about their residents at all.

Good luck trying to get any issues resolved. Maintenance requests are ignored for weeks, and when you call the office to follow up, they act like you’re bothering them... . I had to deal with flaking paint everywhere—it’s embarrassing to have guests over because it looks like the walls are falling apart. When I brought it up, the office staff shrugged it off and told me to “deal with it.” The walls are paper thin you can hear everything next door, upstairs, across the hall, everywhere. It’s awful.
