The zero entry pool is amazing and it's a blessing having an elevator. Love how quiet it is too. Most disability friendly apartment in the area! Very upscale

The management does nothing to enforce rules. My apartment constantly smells like weed and I’ve tracked it to the air vents which means residents won’t comply to rules and I’ve emailed management many times and haven’t even been replied to. The appliances are constantly having issues and never get fixed properly, the amenities are constantly undergoing maintenance, and the gates NEVER WORK. If they are working, they go back down with thin the week. We will be moving when contract is up. Not a... great experience, ESPECIALLY for a “luxury” apartment complex.
