I love the layout of the apartment. It is modern & suite my taste of elegant living. I love the view of the fountain. Pedro & Ray are very courteous & friendly & made me feel at home

This property is pretty, but thats about where it ends. The features in the apartments are not functional, the neighbors are lazy and pile trash up waiting for the days that trash gets picked up instead of taking out themselves, so the halls start to smell like a landfill. The bottom of most staircases smell like dog poop. The main gate has been broken the entire time I have lived here and the office staff's solution is to just leave ALL gates open. One of the reasons for choosing this complex... was due to it being gated. Customer service is terrible and when you voice your concerns, all you are met with is an entire load of excuses. Looking forward to my lease ending!!! Will never recommend it to anyone, not even an enemy.

Office team and maintenance team seem like they do not want to be here or do anything to help the residents. They are working their 9-5pm and don’t want to do anything extra if it means more work for them or going above and beyond their duties.
