I had the pleasure to tour Lake House Apartments and was shown a spacious one bedroom unit by Rolando who was super friendly and informative. I will definitely be renting from Rolando he was amazing!

Very spacious units compared to the units I’ve been in.the prices are also a great deal especially in South Florida, alexis and rolando are always a help in the office. Maintenance can improve on the turnaround time for work orders.

The leasing office- Alexis and Rolando are very professional. The community is always quiet. Also Al and Frantz are great, whenever I have a work order for my apartment it’s completed to perfection. Very satisfied living here for a year. Plan on renewing my lease.

Alexis and Rolando were very helpful throughout this process. They made us feel like home INSTANTLY with their great customer service! 10 out of 10 and will definitely recommend. The property is quiet, and well kept. Looking forward to being new tenants!
