I been here 5 years they have done a lot work around the property painted all the doors. The office manager does a lot of great things. And a great manger. Great place to live.

Wilton House - Currently Living Here
I don’t plan to move anytime soon, I’ve been living here for a few months now and I do enjoy the quietness of the community. However, there are many issues that should be addressed:
- very few washer/dryers to share
- delivery of anything is virtually impossible, unless someone opens the gate for the delivery personnel, due to them disabling the punch code for the front gate
- landscaping is atrocious
- paint in apartments is the worst quality possible
- management is non-existent, thankfully... I already expected that when I rented the space. The duo at the management office have no clue what they are doing.
- maintenance requests get reviewed days, sometimes a week, later.
Hope these things improve so I can continue to live here.

Warning!!!
Stay away from this complex unless you have no other option. Management will not return your security deposit. I moved out of this community October 31, 2020. After several emails and phone calls, there has been no response from the Property Manager. To date they still owe me 780.00. The only good thing about this place is that you don't have to go to the zoo to see the animals. They have more than enough rats, snakes, roaches and iguanas to keep you scared for your life and entertained.

Warning!! Stay Far Away
Management is horrible! I moved out of this community on 10-31-20. They still have not returned my security deposit to date. During my stay, there was a constant leak from the a/c unit that management could not repair. I was asked by the Property Manager to have someone come out and repair the unit and I would be reimbursed. Oddly enough, I was never reimbursed. The property has an issue with rats, roaches, giant lizards and snakes. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Especially for... the amount of money they charge for rent.
