Nice property neighbor's friendly. Clean common areas also nice airy common space. Quite coumminty. Maintenance seems good also. Really no complaints except for package pick up room.

Great property. Beautiful amenities. Very walkable. Modern gym. Very dog friendly. Great dog spa and dog park. Private man made beach with hammock.

Could be so much more. For some reason the cleanliness has dropped and the recycle room is piled high with boxes and it’s not from Black Friday. Coffee maker needs to be cleaned and ready to go early in the AM not when the leasing office opens

Regarding the coffee machine, we aim to provide a convenient amenity, but please note that it is serviced during leasing office hours for operational reasons. We appreciate your understanding and will continue working to improve your experience.

The amenities are top notch as well as the staff. We absolutely love living at the Blys Apartments. The neighbors are friendly and we are located within walking distance to all in Wilton. The staff is always here to accommodate us in any issue that may arise. They have great events for the residents, always so much fun.

love it here! Although the pool has been closed, and elevator was broken, it was thankfully fixed and we're able to enjoy again! I really love everyone who works here especially Jeferson and Jessica!!
