The apartment itself is very nice although the dryer washer closet could be more insulated for noise. The kitchen sink is wonderful as it is large however it isn’t very sloped so that water doesn’t always drain all the way out of it.
Not a lot of residents so it is very quiet a few of the doors to outside don’t work so I can’t get back in and have to come in the front entrance, which is fine

Awesome gym. Love pickleball. Front door to Nora - best location ! Also close to Palm Beach and City Place restaurants and shops - can walk everywhere

Move in process was easy but the apartment was obviously not vetted for move in as there was no hot water in the unit and the toilet was not functional for the 1st week of lease.

Gorgeous facility with all the amenities and customer service. I walked in and immediately signed after the touring. I felt very welcomed by Courtney and C John. I feel like family here and an easy fit at Tortoise One. The apartments are brand new, spacious, high ceilings, brand new appliances and top notch design in my living space, common spaces, gym, pool, pickleball courts and remote working space. Thoughtful design and in awe — feels like home but in a luxury hotel. If that’s even... possible! Thanks everyone for all your support and care.
