There is a $60 application fee per adult.
Requirements for Approval are:
Income over three times the monthly rent
No Evictions
Credit Scores under 620 will be subject to a higher deposit.
Credit scores below 580 will be denied.

Full month's rent, plus deposit due at move in. Half month of free rent will be applied to the second month's rent.
