bad service
My wife and I came to these apartments twice. clarified all questions and told about our incomes. the manager Leah assured us that everything is suitable and we made an application and paid 300 dollars. after not getting a response for three days I called Leah and asked when the response would be. she replied that they have problems with the system and need to wait a little. After two days of not receiving any information, I went there. Leah replied that the program is still not working and once... again checked our documents, after that she said that we do not have enough income and we will most likely not be approved. i lost 300 dollars and 5 days.

Pier 8 at the Preserve is a great community in a convenient location. It’s a shame how horrible management treats their residents when it comes to concerns and issues. Residents have approached management with a variety of concerns with feedback of hope. However, no changes have been made when it came to certain concerns. For example, the “gated community” that we live in and pay to live in do not have operable gates for the last 1 year. Management advised they have been working on the... replacement of the gates for now over a year. Not having the gates operational unfortunately led to homeless entering the community, vehicle break ins and unwanted guest. Although valet trash service may sound reasonable at first, it is NOWHERE NEAR reasonable for the residents who live in the interior buildings. Foul odors entering and exiting your apartment, no trash pick up over the weekend which causes residents to pile their trash up in the exterior hallways outside of their apartment doors has led to flies, strong foul odor, palmetto roach spotting, trash was piled up in the elevators and outside the building door. Management REFUSED to assist in regards to this matter and stated over and over again when this concern was addressed that “the trash service will not change.” Management promised it would get better. Well, it has been far from better. It’s been so bad and disgusting that the residents feel abandoned when it comes to their concerns. That being said, the community itself and amenities are pretty. If management was better it would have been a five star review. Due to the horrible management it truly dropped my review from 5 stars to 2 stars. Thank you

After few weeks of living in the community, I am happy so say we are very pleased and happy to be here. Amenities and community in general is top notch. We were moving in from a different state, but the leasing office made the move really easy. Apartment over all is nice, big and with lot of natural light. Overall we love being here.
