Staff is great, amenities are all good, no issues to complain about that is the control of them. Only thing I really could say something negative about is the one way out of the complex on Cherry Laurel can be pretty backed up at times making it difficult to get out.

Still loving my apartment and the community two years in. Great staff, great neighbors and property kept clean and inviting. Very convenient to I-4 for that daunting commute. Hoping to renew another year, if the price is right.

Stephanie in the leasing office made my experience incredible. This apartment complex is gorgeous and my apartment is perfect. Not to mention the maintenance staff is great and fast too.

Leasing team is incredible, super nice and helpful! I love the apartment itself. The property amenities are kept very clean. The grass could be maintained better but besides that, everything else is well taken care of. Apartment is pretty well sound proofed. I can hardly hear anything happening in the halls.

Stephanie played an integral part in my choosing of Vintage Lake Mary, to call home. Where other complexes were business cold and feigned sincerity, Stephanie exuded warmth and genuine concern. Got my keys today. While being shown to my apartment, we ran into Derek who manages and leads the property. He gave us a warm welcome and assured that he would be there should we need anything. I believe him. Sincerity like this can’t be faked. Good people here. Come see for yourself. Thank you for making... me feel at home.
