Apartment, Amenities, and staff are still wonderful. It’s still difficult getting the neighbors smoking under control. It’s such a hassle trying to get ahold of the officer every time this happens. Makes it so I can’t enjoy my patio. But other than that everything is wonderful. Although heavily understaffed they have been doing amazing making sure everything is addressed, events are kept up with, and problems are looked into. I can’t say how appointive I am for them.

Extremely good! They got food trucks now and then, they keep the areas clean and renovated and it’s all pretty easy. The way maintenance and the main office work is amazing!

I've been living at Vintage Winter Park Apartments for a while now, and overall, it's been a great experience. The location is super convenient, close to schools and shopping/dinning options, and the neighborhood feels safe and welcoming. The apartments themselves are modern and well-maintained, with nice amenities like a pool and gym. The staff is always friendly and responsive whenever I have an issue or question. Overall, I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place... to live in the Winter Park area!

Apartment ceiling has been leaking for just about 2 months and there is always an excuse for why it was not being fixed. Dog park is often flooded and filled with other people's dog poop. Package room is never cleared out.
