I've been here for about 6 months - the staff has been helpful with any problems I've had. The space is amazing and the location is convenient.

The building is nice and the location is great. Management and their lack of good communication and care for residents makes it bad.

With 1 week notice we were informed guests now have to PAY to park here. $4 per hour, and over night is $20. Not $20 for 24 hours just 9pm-7am. Then back to $4 an hour. Hope you're moving in with your significant other or you have no friends. Because it will be EXPENSIVE to have a guest over. "Luxury"

We lived at the property for three years and enjoyed it. Since Bainbridge took over, there is routinely garbage and dog poop in the hallways and stairwells, you can't get anyone to respond to questions, the mail situation has devolved into a complete crisis (several packages went permanently missing), and the care of common areas deteriorated. Also, there has been a pervasive sewage smell in the building for many months. For a luxury property, it does not deliver what it promises.

Counting down the days until my lease is up. This is a glorified college dorm. Here’s what you can expect: parties all hours of the day, sleepless nights, screaming/yelling in the hallways all night long, vomit in elevators, trash EVERYWHERE, beer cans all over the pool area, beer IN the pool and hot tub, shirtless/shoeless boys in the gym. The worst rental experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. Just look elsewhere.
