Since we moved in, our experience has been phenomenal. The attention we have received from Leila and Emiliano has been incredible. They are always attentive, helpful, and willing to assist.

The apartments are beautiful and well-maintained. The details in every area add a touch of luxury. Although I have some reservations about the towel racks in the bathroom, everything else—from the lamps and cabinet handles to the kitchen and bathroom countertops, floors, and doors—is very nice. The common... areas are well-organized and clean; the work the maintenance team does to keep everything looking spotless and in great condition is truly impressive.

Been loving it! Front office, has been working very hard to keep up with emails and tenants needs. The Valentines party was set up beautifully and so much fun! Can’t wait to see what else they have in store!!!

super nice building and staff. small issues here and there with maintenance at move in but the next day after submitting multiple work orders, they came and fixed everything super fast!
