There is no flexibility on late monthly payments even when you ask for it. But then we have people parking on handicaps spaces at night we no handicaps permit but that's fine and also due to my work schedule I never use the trash service but I still have to pay for something that I'll never use doesn't seem fair to me.

Todo muy bien en mi mudanza y en el apartamento rápidamente me arreglaron una gotera que había debajo de la nevera. El apartamento me lo entregaron muy arreglado y listo para mudarme, no hay nada roto ni sucio estoy muy contenta con mi nueva vivienda. Gracias

I love it here so far! Everything is clean and well taken care of. Walls aren’t thin so I can’t hear my neighbors which is great. The staff has been so helpful and efficient.

The apartment community is so beautiful! I'm just a few days into my lease and I'm thankful to be in a serene setting and being taken care of by the lovely staff at The Knox. The Maintenance Team is on top of everything and the grounds are well maintained.
