The staff has been responsive and helpful, addressing maintenance requests promptly and ensuring a welcoming experience for residents. My apartment itself is spacious and well-designed, with modern appliances and ample storage.

However, I’ve noticed occasional noise from neighboring units, which can be disruptive at times. Additionally, parking can be a challenge during peak hours.

Very nice complex in a great location. The staff is excellent. The common facilities are well maintained. I have been pleasantly surprised at how quiet the nights are given how close you are to anything you would need. It's just far enough off the major routes to be both quiet and convenient. I am new here, but it has been great so far.

Finch is great when it wants to be. Hallways are still filled with critters and webs, even after told they would be power washed. Neighbors leaving exposed trash in the hallways days and weeks at a time just not a pleasant site.

The community is so nice and quiet. Neighbors are friendly, location is great, and the office staff and maintenance are the best! Also, the amenities are excellent.

Great apartment complex, very home-y and quiet. Lots of friendly faces both in the community and the leasing office as well. All of the staff is very helpful.
