My experience at the reserve has been great so far! I moved in last august and don't have anything major to complain about. The location is great. Easy access to campus and grocery stores/restaurants. I have really enjoyed using the amenities as well. Lastly, any interaction I've had with staff or maintenance has been great. The staff is nice and efficient with requests.

So many roaches everywhere. Otherwise it is alright. But I wish there were less roaches and bugs everywhere. The property also has lots of cobwebs and spiders
