I loved living in this apartment! If I did not have to relocate out of state, I would have lived here longer. The leasing office staff is great! Maintenance was super fast. It's a little outdated, but for the price its really good.

Great Community
I've at 771 Lindbergh for 3 years and have nothing but wonderful things to say. The location is great and the staff is always friendly and ready to help. The maintenance team is amazing. Service request are completed on the same day or within 24 Hrs. I would definitely recommend to family and friends

Beautiful community
The community is very pretty. I love that there is a dog park within walking distance of my apartment as well. I just moved in recently and I plan to stay here for a while.

Poorly managed with Awesome Maintenance guys
It's very unfortunate that this needs to be written, but I feel people should be informed before they move into a place like this. First, the maintenance staff i the greatest group of guys. They work hard and will fix anything quick. Like when my ceiling broke open with water pouring through the ceiling. Not fun but the maintenance guys did a great job fixing. The one star is for the management of the complex and their less than honest management style. Claudia attempted to screw up my move in.... They requested verification since I am a small business owner. I sent in three months of income through PDF demonstrating I more than qualify. She responded with a very rude attitude stating "You only made $1,200 last month so you cannot afford to live here" I asked if she looked at the PDF's or just one page. She needed to "do more research" which resulted in Nicole calling me back to let me know not only do I more then exceed requirements, I will be paying the lowest deposit due to my perfect rental history, excellent credit, and easy qualifying for this apartment. This should have been my sign that management is not cut out for the jobs they have.
Besides down playing covid, they increased rent for people renewing not wanting to move during a global pandemic. I asked if we could keep the same rate. She's very rude,had a condensing attitude. Her response "This will all be over and isn't that bad..." This was May of 2020.
Unannounced Nicole and Claudia stopped our packages from being delivered by USPS. Our packages were delivered to the front office pre covid, they had the USPS stop delivering packages, period. Nicole blamed the USPS, the Post Office Manager assured me, multiple times, it was at her request they no longer deliver tenents packages. Her response"Some people are receiving their packages..." Which was a lie. Especially since she sent out an email asking residents how they would like to fix the package issue 8 months after I was told they were being delivered. This caused me to lose 8 packages and spend over 300 hours in 2020 inside of a USPS.
After we signed that the apartment was in "normal wear and tare" condition, Nicole surprised me that they have a sales person over replace the carpet. Nicole stated they do this "whenever there is a pet..." but it's not in your lease. Not by an employee, but a carpet sales vendor. Very sketchy
