I love living at Cortland at the Battery! You can't beat the location. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. The amenities are great and the apartments are updated. My work orders are always satisfied the same day that I put them in and the other residents are usually respectful (the only issue that I have is they don't always follow the trash policy). I'm new here, but I really enjoy it so far!

Great place to live. Easy highway access and plenty to do in the Battery. Office staff are extremely helpful with any questions and always a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!

Overall great experience, the ease of walk ability and the commute to and from work really makes Cortland at the Battery a top apartment complex in Atlanta. On top of having a great and friendly staff. Easily one of my best experiences at an apartment complex.

Zero communication, maintenance team is awful, office understaffed, you are not a priority as a resident. Trash valet sometimes never comes yet we continue to pay, and security is useless.
