Compared to the prices across Metro Atlanta I believe East Park Ridge is a great community. They answer work orders quickly and efficiently, most of the staff is nice and helpful. They are also very understanding and considerate. No where is perfect, but this is close to it.

East Ridge park Apartments is a nice, decent, affordable, attractive community with 24 security to maintain safety of residents. The Leasing Team is awesome! Professional Staff and quick to respond to tenant needs.

I’ve been a resident since 07 I think lol my mom now me on my own about to be 7-8yrs here I love it any time I call with a problem they have some one out if it’s not the same day most definitely the next Melissa has been nothing but amazing to me and my family and I want to say thank you

I have been able to have East Ridge my home for 6 months, any issues with maintenance are resolved within 48 hours. Communication with front office has been great. Community is great, kids are always playing in there correct areas. Great place to call home!
