Beautiful community, nicest staff, friendly neighbors, quiet, love my 1 bedroom roomy apartment. Best choice ever to move to Grand Oaks at Crane Creek after moving out of a house my husband and I lived in for 28 years.

The front office personal was responsive and courteous. The front office personnel even submitted the work order with me right away. But the work order was not being completed or are not being fixed. I still have the same issues, nothing has been fixed.
