I’ve been living at The Premier for about a month now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made! From the moment I moved in, I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and the friendly staff. The management team is incredibly responsive and genuinely cares about the residents, making it easy to feel at home.
The amenities are wonderful and there are many events held by staff that the residents can go to. The apartments are spacious and modern with stainless still... appliances and glass top stoves. The location is near shopping, the gym, food, and a park making everything easily accessible.
Overall, I highly recommend The Premier to anyone looking for an amazing community to live in.

Premier is a great community! It seems to be in the perfect location! There are wonderful things to see at every turn even inside of the apartment! It would be an even better place to live if security, was available 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.

We are pleased to let you know that all buildings have controlled access, and... the parking area will be controlled by gates once Constuction is complete. We also have a Courtesy Officer scheduled to live at the community later in the year. Plus, we are across the street from the Columbia County Police Department. All wins!

Very upscale urban community, the best feature is that it’s located in the heart of north evans, the best place to live in the CSRA. Appliances are entry level so most will find that a negative, I would expect better appliances for the rent which is higher per sq ft than every other apartment community that my husband and I considered before becoming residents at the Preimer. Otherwise very attractive buildings and well landscaped; it’s too early to tell yet if the owners will provide enough... employees to maintain the property well so it doesn’t become dirty and poorly maintained in the first few years, if so we won’t be staying here .
