terrible apartment don’t waste your time and money

be prepared to be woken up to the loud cars at 6 am if you aren’t a light sleeper.The constant irritating noises don’t stop as constant beeping that will continue for days if not addressed by maintenance. when asked about the problem you will be fed lies and be forced to call back multiple times to solve the problem that will return within 24hours. with all the trash and overall dirty environment it definitely isn’t worth the steep price tag on rent and utilities. The gate is also broken 99% of... the time so better keep a weapon on you and lock your doors. overall stay far away if you manage to read this before signing. all the other reviews are pretty much true as well… if they are negative!!!

Pros & Cons

Overall, Bellamy is a nice apartment complex. Really nice pool, close to the college, well kept and barely used gym.
However...

Overwhelming aroma of marijuana. If you like to partake that is your business, the smell is awful though!

Trash - The outside dumpsters are is gross! There is often mountains of trash around the area. One would assume that there could potentially be a rodent issue.

Stairs & Hallways - Watch your step, animal poop all over! They have to go just as we do, however they...
should be cleaned up after, this is not enforced.

Parking - Hope that you/your child is living close to the visitor parking. My daughter works evenings, on a regular basis she gets to Bellamy at 10pm or later which is after dark. She often has no other option but to park 200-300 yards from her building! She has to walk through the entire complex in the dark! Not safe, definitely not okay!!

Grantors - When it is renewal time, call Bellamy if you have cant find the link to sign. My link was not there, as a matter of fact it said that the lease had been signed and approved. Later my daughter was told that her rent was increasing because the lease was not signed on time and there was nothing that they could do to fix the issue.. Corporate doesn't care about the tenants, just the revenue. They even admitted that the website has "glitches".

Weed and Garbage All Day Long

If you don't care about halls filled with garbage and weed smokers this is the perfect place to live. Trust that the property managers KNOW ABOUT THE WEED BUT DON'T CARE

Not what i expected

The halls are trashed and filled with bugs. The gate has been broken for months so literally anybody can come in. There aren’t enough parking spots. Little to no communication from the property manager. Fire department is always here every other week. Do not come here.
