Great area of town … management is helpful. Been a 10 year resident and that says a lot.. A great gym and the pools are very well maintained during the summer. Close to good schools and shopping.

I’m having a wonderful experience living at Inverness ! The maintenance staff is exceptionally prompt and efficient. Any time I’ve needed a repair, they’ve responded quickly and resolved the issue professionally. It’s such a relief to know I can count on them.
The office staff is equally impressive—inviting, friendly, and always eager to help. Whether it’s answering questions, assisting with lease details, or organizing community events, they go above and beyond to make residents feel at home... .
The grounds are another highlight of this community. They are always beautifully manicured, with lush greenery and well-maintained landscaping. Walking around the property is a pleasure, and it’s clear the team takes pride in keeping everything looking its best.
Overall, Inverness is a fantastic place to call home. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming community with top-notch service!

Prior to moving in it was the 20th of December and I was trying to get Christmas gifts sent to my new address and I called the property to let them know I had packages arriving and as I began to apologize the young lady told me it was perfectly fine and that it’s okay and I could pickup my packages upon my arrival, the kindness was felt through the phone and I was grateful. Great office staff.
