Easy living

I moved in mid November and have been very satisfied with everything here. Ruben in the sales office deserves five stars for answering every question every email and every concern prior to signing my lease. Noah has responded to every maintenance request quickly happily and explains what the problem is and how he’s going to go about repairing it All of my request up and completing in a timely manner and I’ve been very very happy with the neighborhood it’s quiet pretty and convenient too shopping... parks and anything else you want to do in Columbus area

Nice quiet community in a convenient location. The amenities are great, especially the dog spa and pools! Sometimes the laundry app doesn’t work, so it would be nice if they had card readers in the machines.

Safe and quiet

Single renter/60. I just moved in but I already LOVE it. The office staff is friendly, polite, and willing to help me over and over and over again. I feel very safe here with the security gates and in apartment alarm systems. The townhouse is like living in an affordable home with every amenity. Nice walking paths and “doggie parks”. Smaller buildings mean ample parking. Such a quiet, peaceful place to call “HOME”.
