I’ve been living here for about 5 months and overall I am pleased. Management is great & attentive. Rashanda in particular does an amazing job overseeing the community. It is very well kept, tidy & peaceful ??. I love it here!

I have had the best experience with the property management and the office staff. I could not be happier with the apartment and property. Everyone in the office is amazing. Sue was so helpful and the best to work with. I am so glad to start over there.

I lived there for a little more than a year. Getting ahold of someone in the office is almost impossible. Most of the time, no one answers the phone, no callbacks when you left a message, no reply to emails, and the office is not open the times they advertised they are going to be there. I have been trying to reach out for almost a year to get my security deposit back without any luck.
Some of their amenities:
-Community gates are always open.
-Pool is always closed.
-Dog poop is everywhere in... the common areas.
-Cigarette butts all around the place.
-Gatherings in the parking lot late at night with loud music.

I have been trying to get into contact with somebody, anybody, on info for signing a lease on an apartment here. No luck. I have even been here in person three times, but the office is empty. They do not return phone calls or emails.
