In my opinion. Stay away. The rent goes up every year. Maintenance takes forever and you have to call and check every month to see when they are going to come. "Repair" was done and light fixture was not repaired they left live wires hanging from the ceiling with no light. Bugs are a big problem also. Smoke alarm goes off when I turn on the oven. If I had the money to move I would but I don't. Worse decision to move here. Also someone tried to break into my car. Hard no!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT rent here
PLEASE do not spend any time or money here. I leased in Dec 2020 and it took 2 weeks for me to clean my own unit enough to move things in. (They told me specifically they do not clean behind stoves and things in between leases) ROACHES WERE EVERYWHERE and things were not move in ready in any way. Stained walls, disgusting floors, both bathrooms dirty.
3 months into the lease -The AC went out and there was an awful leak they ignored -even after dozens on emails, calls and visits to the office.... I begged them for help-and received none. The lack of AC and the crazy leak resulted in MOLD and I could not even occupy the unit. BUT THEY MADE ME PAY RENT!!!! I called the county and worked with code enforcement and got out of my lease because it was a safety issue. According to public records, they still have not fixed it. SO if you move into unit 1001, know you have a huge mold issue they painted over. I NEVER GOT MY DEPOSIT BACK. I even hired a lawyer-but because their property management company is pretty much a JOKE and impossible to track down (it is an LLC-ELITE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT), I was unable to get ANY money back. Over all, I lost about $5,000 in this move in/move right back out circus. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEM. They do not care about you or your money and they will not help you. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!

es un Lugar muy tranquilo sin ruidos y los vesinos son tranquilos , el alumbrado y el parqueadero siempre estan disponibles tambien es un lugar limpio adermas esta cerca las tiendas y lo basico que se ocupa.

If you can find better please do so
The breeze ways need to be pressure washed. Maintenance takes forever to fix things. They just patch up things instead of replacing them. The breezeway lights are off which means it’s supper dark at night several residents have called and nothing has been done. The Managment has been awful. They say they fix things and they don’t. Several apartments have flooded here.
