I would highly recommend Cortland 3131. The staff here is very helpful and the maintenance team is very responsive. They are clear about payment issues or any changes in rent dues. The apartment space is great for Emory students as it is only a 8-10 min drive away.

Cortland 3131 has provided a safe environment, a neighborhood feel, and a very responsive front office that really cares about the quality of life of its residents. I’m glad to see that they care so much about appearance and practical aspects like the parking lot and amenities.
