Old and cheaply built apartment with so many maintenance issues.
I have lived her for four year and am more than ready to move out to a better place even if l have to pay way more. This apartment is made with cheap materials, there's always water leakage and the manager seems not to care much with the excuse that maintenance has car issues and if they do fix the problem they do a lousy job that doesn't last a month. They have a new maintenance like almost every other month. I once had a mole issue in my bathroom where they eventually had to cut the wall out... and it stayed like that for 6 months till l angrily went cursing at the manager before they put it back together. I have a new neighbor every year bcosppl come in and move out the very next year due to the many issues this old apartment has and no they don't cover air conditioning just water and the trash compactor that breaks alot. Oh and its roach invested too, l have a rat 3 times with a glue trap l bought bcos pest control just kept spraying stuff that never works and l now have that pest ultrasonic repellent plug in, hopefully it works.
