Watermark was the easiest choice for us! Fantastic walking trails, a cute park for our pups to play every day, very helpful and thoughtful staff, and neighbors that made this place feel like home immediately. Cortland Watermark is a place where I feel at home...children, families, young couples and older adults like me! I feel safe even when I am out after dark. I see people walking all the time (their dogs, their children or just by themselves). People that you see say hello and smile even if they don't know you. Management is always responsive to any questions or requests that I have.
