I love the area and apartment is pretty well kept up but the ROACHES!! I’ve tried everything and nothing is working no matter how clean you are! My neighbors upstairs and downstairs moved out so they all came to my apartment. Once new ppl moved in they never fully left! They’re inside of the island and walls and under the cheap floors they put down. They’re outside just roaming around. Im embarrassed to even have company! Do not move into this community, pay that extra money if it is affordable and live stress-free. I have been for 4 months without a dishwasher, they won’t fix or replace it. It was reported that my floor has been coming off since I moved in 4 months ago. Nothing has been done yet. Not the cleanest community, renters can have trash sitting by their door for weeks and management won’t do anything about it. It doesn't matter how clean you are, you will see roaches in your space.

This property has gone downhill. It is roach infested, the garbage pile up is appalling,management isn't transparent and apathetic, (they just don't care).

There has been three management companies since my one year of residency, each one gets worst.
Choosing Element41 for a living space has been a huge disappointment.

I have been having reoccurring issues since I moved here. My water heater has flooded my apartment. I had to get my floors re-done because it was mold in my unit. They charge all these prices for rent but the apartments are NOT renovated and are very old! There are all types of insects that lives on the outside and inside of these apartments. My ceiling in my closet where the ac unit is, TERRIBLE ! There is never no where for me to park, mailbox is always dysfunctional, always trash everywhere,... the people that lives in this neighborhood steals! Overall it is a terrible experience and I haven’t even been here 3 months. They offered me to get out of my lease but within 2 days I would have had to move out.... where was I going to go ? I need way more time than that to find me something! This is not suitable living for nobody. This place is horrible and I willl NOT be renewing my lease!! If you want to wake up and look at trash EVERY day, then this is your forever home! Day 1 - I moved in, the gave me the wrong apartment. Water heater flooded my apartment once. Mold kept growing in the bathtub and I had to beg and plead for 3 months that they resurface my tub because it couldn’t be replaced. My mailbox has been broken for a year. I asked the old owners to fix it and the new owners, same result - still broken. Roaches. They live in the walls. You pay for pest control, they don’t... come.
