Hay demasiada insalubridad las personas no saben convivir, basura por doquier, esto lo he llevado a la administración en varias oportunidades y no toman carta en el asunto, ell gate lleva más de 8 meses dañado, no es para nada privado porque todo el mundo entra y sale, a raíz de tanta basura que hay llegan insectos (moscas, cucarachas)

I strongly advise against moving here. I regret how much money I spent considering the issues I’ve faced. Water bugs are a persistent problem throughout the property, and the management is extremely lacking in communication. When maintenance attempted a repair, they ended up breaking my toilet, and it took an unreasonably long time for them to replace it with a new one. Overall, I could list more grievances, but I urge you not to waste your time with this place!

I visited this property as I am seeking to maybe sell my home and relocate to this area. The grounds seems well kept and maintained. The office staff Nikki and Michele were very hospitable and answered all my questions. The office was welcoming. This will be on the top of my list of properties if I do decide to sell.

I was touring for a 1 bed 1.5 bath apartment and Michele had walked me and my pregnant wife through all the steps into getting the place. Michele left an amazing smile on our faces after the visit. Thanks Michele!!! We will definitely be getting a place there soon!!.

I applied for this apartments without touring the inside, but I was able to drive by after applying considering the useless gate that they have was broken. First thing I saw coming in was TRASH galore. The staff never answers the phone and advised me that my application was denied (how why I was never able to submit my documents), the agent told me she wasn’t sure why I was denied after I sent everything via email because I qualified. Needless to say they took my 75.00 application fee I called... corporate and never got a response. Read More
