ZERO STARS

Beyond the terrible condition of the apartment that we moved into with a rotting patio door that they refuse to fix…our AC has been out all summer long. After our apartment flooded in May our AC has been dead. I have submitted multiple tickets and called multiple times to get our AC fixed. I am 5 months pregnant and have 2 children. Don’t move here. They truly do not care about the quality of life you live while renting. Maintenance is very kind and has come out multiple times to fix it, but I... am over it. It is July and it’s hot.

I wouldn't move here again

Wynfield Trace is managed by Priderock Capital Management. (look at their reviews) This company appears to work on not answering phone calls or e-mails. I have been calling, but no one answers. I moved in October 2018. I moved out January 2022. This is to show how long I have lived here.
When I first moved in, I thought it was a nice area. As time went by, my opinion quickly changed. Property management is horrible and very disorganized. I had to wait months before my electrical outlets were...
fixed in the bathrooms.
The building I was living in has a cracked foundation (per an inspector). The property owners are aware of it -but brush it off. There is also a mold issue, but management will just tell the Maintenance team to come to your unit and spray bleach and call it done. FYI, if you try to call Gwinnett County Health or the fire marshal, they will tell you that they can’t do anything. They only respond to home issues and business’, not apartments. The siding is cracking to where rain came in my apartment.
Drug dealing on this property has been occurring everyday. (Management is aware and nothing has been done). Law enforcement responding to calls weekly on this property. So if they tell you police actively patrol the area, its true… but that is because they are responding to the crime calls.
Those drag racers that have been making a lot of noise in ATL…. Yepp, they are in this area too. So be prepared at 8pm on a Sunday for them to start making their way to your closest intersection on the public roadway.

When I moved out, I was told it would be no more than 6 weeks until I receive my security deposit refund. As of today, it has been almost 8 weeks. They were given my correct address multiple times in writing and e-mail. The apartment was left in excellent condition, and I have it in writing on the move out inspection sheet the office and I signed. They didn’t want to give me a copy at first, but I told them it is my legal obligation to get a copy of what I am signing to ensure they aren’t editing a signed document.
It is also true what the visitors have said, they won’t answer the phones or respond to e-mail. Forget trying to also get renter verifications from staff here as well. I wouldn’t move back on this property again. It’s a shame because it is a beautiful looking property. Looks can be deceiving though. This review is subject to being edited once I get my security deposit back. If it is still up, I still haven’t gotten it back.

Very unresponsive-Poor Service

Very poor Management, Maintenance staff and lacks professionalism. New resident here, moved into apartment with roach infestation, apartment had not been cleaned, blinds broken, urine on toilet. Being incorrectly charged and very unresponsive management team. Please do not move here if you value peace, cleanliness and respect

A Great Community

Living at this community is the best thing other than having my own home. The office staff, especially the new Manager, Tommi works hard at making sure that every need is met and every complaint is addressed. Everytime I go into the office there's someone to immediately address my needs. I just wanted to thank the office manager, Tommi for her assistance and pleasantry!
