I was inquiring about the apt and what the utilities were. I provided them with my email only to have the manager hang up in my face and was very rude in her tone. I don't even want to consider this as a place to live on my list after this interaction.

I've been at Archway for the last year. The property has changed ownership recently and the new owners are really taking care of the property and community.

They don't fix anything and are infested with roaches. They don't honor lease agreement and are unprofessional. People get shot back here all the time and they charge 100$ for a washer and dryer with no hookups you pay for a pool that never open and most of the apartments sewage backed up so bad that people have mold growing on their walls and have gotten sick. And the stay cats and roaches run this place they leave timber and hvac equipment in the middle of the walkways it's terrible

Great community to live in. Peaceful, clean and the neighbors are friendly. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and always willing to help.
Archway is a great place to live overall.
