Run away
There’s trash everywhere in the hallways and the streets. There’s mold in our air vents. The appliances are old and outdated. There’s cats and dogs roaming free all the time. Packages get stolen and we can’t even get leasing to check the cameras. I promise it’s not worth moving here.

LET ME HELP YOU SO YOU WON’T END UP LIKE ME!!
Literally hate that I moved here. Been here since March 2022 and I’ve already had an terrible experience here. 1st my apartment has a big spider infestation that I have put in 2 pest control requests for and still no one has shown up. 2nd my ceiling was leaking and producing mode for an entire month before someone even came to see about it literally went to them several times and all I received was lies saying that they would come I missed work several days because of this even gave them the... only key they gave me to get in and they lost it so I had to give them my spare key.mind you I have a small child and repeatedly expressed how the mold could become very dangerous for the both of us. Oh yeah the apartments randomly flooded with no warning got home to my entire living room flooded and the rent office did nothing. Had to walk in water for 2 days until it dried. Now they left a hole in my ceiling where the mold was and just covered it with trash bags like wtf this crap is so unsafe especially for a small child. On top of all this they never answer the phone. This place is terrible and definitely not worth the money not even with the half done renovations they did to my apartment before I moved in. 100% I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE and save yourself the HEADACHE!!!!!

Do not trust the advertisement
I wish I could show images, but before my family and I moved in months ago, we believed the reviews were exaggerated. We were moved into an unfinished apartment, with outlets, mirrors, and even our master bathtub spray-painted over, with light fixtures not turning off. It took us to legally threaten management to come and fix the sun-room light, and on day one we were greeted with roaches. Granted, since this is an apartment, you have to share space with others, so if they started the problem,... it's also your problem, not management's fault, what they charge you is a pest control fee that you must request and they have only showed up once out of my entire time living here (I have requested them regularly every two months). Getting back to the unfinished apartment, almost every drawer in the apartment is improperly secured, and we are missing a drawer altogether TO THIS DAY, and when running the water in the kitchen sink, an audible leak can be heard in the walls. The bathroom sink isn't ecen connected to the counter they tried to super-glue together. The prices they show you are BASE rent and DO NOT include the utilities they speak about. The cable (which they force you to pay as a part of the rent), along with trash, water (and check this out) waste water, are all tacked on as separate bills, but still as your rent (water is the only bill not fixed so that's understandable I guess), so you WILL be paying more than what is being promoted. I have yet to have the leaks on ALL OF MY SINKS to be properly fixed and I have sent out constant requests for maintenance since January. Management WILL smile in your face and tell you they will help out, and let you know when maintenance should show up, so if you aren't there then it's your fault, yet I have stayed home for EVERY "scheduled" visit and I have only gotten four total visits (not saying that the visits ever fixed the issue). If you still plan on trying to make a home here, you have been warned, but good luck to you and your family to possibly not have the experiences most of us have here. Oh, one last thing, even after everything I listed, if you're a day late on paying, that fee is on you regardless of what has yet to be fixed, updated, or removed from your home. Hidden Lake Apartments everyone.

GUNSHOTS, RODENTS, & MOLD
There is a lot of shooting, police are out there everyday, maintenance is poor, black mold that is painted over, roach and ants infestation, yesterday my mother was without water for majority of the day and there is no 24 hour maintenance. I went to check on her and wouldn’t you know the entire complex was without water. WITH NO PRIOR NOTIFICATION. Management doesn’t even come out to check out why the police are being called. Pool was closed the entire summer, Gym is closed off. And the pictures... are not what the apartments look like. Completely overpriced for the way people are living and the crimes that take place. This apartment complex will get reported to the Better Business Bureau as well as the Health Department.
