The property and amenities are nice, but every time we re-sign the lease they raise the rent or add some new way to squeeze us for cash.

There's a new $15/month fee that's essentially insurance BEYOND the require renter's insurance (although I don't think they can't legally call it that). The landlord used to pay for water/sewage, but now they add up all the water usage per building, divide it into each tenant's average water usage, and charge everyone for it. They added a ridiculous credit... score reporting charge for a scam company that pretends to boost your credit score by reporting your rent payments, which ARE ALREADY REPORTED AND ALREADY AFFECT YOUR CREDIT SCORE ANYWAYS. And they do all of this instead of actually raising the rent to make it look like the apartments are a good value.

TLDR, don't be fooled by whatever the listed rent is. It will be artificially inflated, and it will go up year-over-year.

I genuinely love it here! The apartments are very updated and nice and the staff is amazing! The community is also very active with plenty of events going on all year for the whole complex. Definitely recommend living here.

Really love this place. Everything is so nice. Moving in was hardly a chore with the elevators. I only live in one of many buildings, but it's very quiet. Coffee bar is the coolest thing I have seen. I just wish people who live here would be nicer to the garbage and recycle area. They treat it like trash, no pun intended.

This place has changed so much this year with new management . It has gotten so expensive now making us pay for water and trash and charged for insurance although I already had renters insurance was a hassle to get it removed . They couldn’t find the old documents from when I first moved in so had to fill out again about my pet accusing me of not saying I had a pet previous because they couldn’t find the paperwork ! I love the apartments I just wish the prices would stop going up every year... it’s already expensive enough !
