The Atlee Building is located in downtown Fort Madison. The property includes an onsite laundry (at no cost to residents), access controlled common hallway and common deck. There are two furnished mid-term rentals (one bedroom) and an unfurnished two... bedroom and one bedroom apartment. All apartments are NON-SMOKING. No large dogs unfortunately allowed on site. Other pets permitted on a case-by-case basis.
