The community is cool and kind. We haven't experienced any unnecessary noise or issues since my family and I moved here over four years ago. The only problem is some pets owners mainly dogs don't pick up their dogs pupu.

It has been decent so far. Took sometime to get the office staff to listen to our issues and get them resolved. Once that got done it has been good work g with them. Maintenance staff is really good also and usually on top of all issues when you file the paperwork.

It’s nice and quiet and clean the parking lot has slot of space when I get off work which is nice I don’t like parking far away the garbage man sometimes comes to early in the am I take off to work a little late

It can be hard to reach people at the office at times. Be aware of how utilities are split. It’s different every month and is based on how many people are living in the unit and how much water is used. Definitely wasn’t expecting to pay $100-$200 for water alone. Need a different system for garbage too, other residents are just lazy and don’t know how to make their trash into the dumpster.
