Possibly the worst apartment experience I've had in my life. But it's hard to say if the old management group that let the community fall into disarray was worse than the new management group that came in, jacked up prices on everything because of promised improvements that never happened. Your deliveries will be stolen and management will do nothing about it. The elevators inside the buildings don't work. The various floors are filthy. Lighting outside the buildings have been broken for the... entirety of our 2-year stay. Management closed the trash chutes on each floor because people couldn't be bothered to get their trash into the actual chutes, and "fixed" the issue with a trash pick-up service that shows up on time only some of the time and leaves the hallways and elevators smelling like rotten garbage. You pay to have a washer/dryer combo machine in your apartment that is without a doubt the worst LG machine ever made — requiring constant repairs to the pump and taking upwards of 8 hours to dry 1 normal load of clothing. But you can't use the communal laundry rooms because 3/4 of the machines are broken/rusted/unplugged and the only usable machines will tear up clothing every. single. cycle. Management promised improvements here but they're on their fourth month of trying to pick the cheapest contractor to start the job. The office staff changes out monthly, which isn't surprising. The parking lots flood during rainstorms. A fire in one of the buildings last year led to massive damage as there were no fire alarms installed in the buildings. There's nothing luxury about these apartments, aside from the price and the tacky "LUXURY" slapped on the sign out front.

too hot in the summer, too cold in the winter
AC is very old, it can’t cool the place at all. Then the heating system has lots of issue during the winter. Very uncomfortable place to live, burn you in the summer and freeze you in the winter. Pool is very dirty, they don’t clean the chaise which always looks dusty and dirty. The maintenance is very bad, always ignore your complaints. But they keep increase the rent every year

Please stay far far away!!!
This will be a lengthy one, so I’m apologizing in advance.
I recently had the unfortunate experience of residing at Stone Bridge Apartments, and I must say, it was an absolute nightmare. Not only did they tow my car without any consideration for their tenants, but their overall indifference towards resident satisfaction was truly appalling.
First and foremost, the incident involving my car being towed was infuriating. As a loyal resident, I expected some leniency or at least a warning before... they resorted to such extreme measures. However, Stone Bridge Apmore interested in proving their action justified based on their lease rather than fostering a sense of community and empathy among its residents.
I was shocked when I went to where I had parked my car in the building I lived and found it missing. I initially thought it was a joke. I called the leasing apartment to find out if they had any idea what had happened to my car. I was told my car was considered “inoperable” because I had flat tires, so they called the towing company to pick it up. I was appalled because I would hope to have received a call or at least a notification before such a terrible decision was made by the managers. I could only hope this wasn’t a retaliation for ending our lease after two dreadful years.
I can’t believe I lived in this building for two years with the poor condition. They probably think this is an affordable place so they can treat their tenants like crap; however, the affordability comes with a price. The cheap rent may initially seem appealing, but the constant frustrations, poor living conditions, and disrespectful treatment make it abundantly clear that this company is not worth the hassle.
If you enjoy living in dilapidated buildings, this is the place for you! The management clearly couldn't care less about its tenants' well-being. The outdated facilities and ancient appliances make it feel like you've stepped into a time warp from the 1970s.
In conclusion, if you're willing to sacrifice your sanity, comfort, and overall happiness, then this ancient, uncaring apartment complex is the perfect fit for you. But if you value your well-being, I implore you to run far, far away from this nightmare of a living situation. You deserve better.

Called for more information
I called for more information and the lady was very rude. Even if you don't participate in market survey's you don't have to be rude. Not professional at all. I was very surprised that you have employees working for you that are just rude.

BUGS everywhere, horrible neighbors, just read the news
My husband and I toured the building before moving in and we were shown one unit. We were told we would get a different one. We had been referred by a friend of ours. When we moved into our own building 400 West, it was bad from the get go. Bugs everywhere, everyday, setting traps weekly was a pain. Cockroaches and more. The neighbors above screamed for hours on end from 10 pm to 3 am, we called to complain many times but unfortunately people don't change. Kids ride their bikes in the hallway,... use the mail room as a play room, we had many packages stolen and ripped open. People smoke weed in the stairwells and we stepped in dog poop in the hallway too many times. Upon move in our microwave was covered in crap, our fridge smelled terrible, cabinets falling off (which we fixed ourselves). The overall apartment wasn't too bad, the space is decent. Our kitchen flooded from the neighbors putting rice down the disposal multiple times. The plumber actually said "they are just letting anyone move in to get more tenants", which whether or not true was alarming. Then of course there was the fire and the shooting which was all over the news. This entire complex might be ok but our building specifically was an absolute nightmare. We moved out 2 months early and never looked back. This is not the place to move unless you are ok with the above. Our stay was in the last 12 months 2021-2022.
