My brother and I rented from this property from 2011 to 2017, while we were in college and and a few years when we were entering the workforce. During that time, the manager Carol and other staff members were excellent to us.
Any issues that came up was treated with understanding, urgency, and professionalism. Every time we were locked out of our unit, Almir arrived quickly and compassionately, even late at night. When we had trouble paying rent, Carol was patient and kind. So many things came... up during those years and everything got solved.
Time and Chicago apartment life has made me really appreciate good landlords/property managers...

Very friendly and fast Building Engineer and Property Manager
You get a lot with your rent, it is a pretty quiet building with good neighbors who are friendly and quiet. Wife and I feel very safe here and it is close to CTA buses and Argyle Station too! Marianos is very close by. It isnt the largest one bedroom but it is safe, clean and comfortable. Every little issue we have reported has been taken care of by the next day! :)
