The River City condo building has owner and renter units throughout the building. The location is convenient, which is really where it shines. My unit is a bit outdated but in good shape. The view of the river is nice and the facilities work. The price is good for what you get, particularly in a part of the city that is very expensive.

River City Condos is an iconic building located on the Chicago River. Its the perfect location for young professionals working in the Loop. Although you're living downtown, the areas is very quiet other than the occasional noise from the boat tours and boat partiers. The security staff is amazing! They are very professional and extremely nice and helpful to all of the residents. The building has a beautiful rooftop patio, the only downside is that it is often crowded with families having... barbecues and other gatherings. The building also has a market in the basement that is perfect for last minute purchases.
