The building and units are very nice with recent remodels, new(er) appliances, and in-unit washer and dryer. However, the new manager that works in the office on the first floor is not overwhelmingly helpful. There are office hours posted on the wall on the first floor and they are seldom adhered to. There are randomly periods of several hours where the office door is closed and locked with the lights off despite it being well within regular office hours and outside of reasonable lunch hours.... Inquiries submitted through the online portal to company management are not answered in a timely manner, sometimes taking more than two weeks for a response. Overall the on-site manager does not exhibit a readily approachable attitude and does not offer solutions to problems when approached, merely differing to an unseen upper management that is inaccessible to renters.

New Ownership/Management- Not worth the money
Recently Savanna Ridge has been sold along with new management. Do Not Move here- For the first few months the only communication you received is that the building was sold and how to pay your rent. Provided you with a website to pay your rent online- they charge even for checks. You send them an email through their site and they do not respond to you.
The new manager sits in her office without speaking to anyone while they pass by- your new at least introduce yourself.
Side walks and parking... lots are not cleared for the snow - nor are they salted. Handicapped places are still with snow- you mention something to them to help them out- and they indicate they know. Well you don't know because you it is still filled with snow. Club house is freezing and you cannot use it without winter outerwear. Staff is loud in the halls- you can hear their conversation several apartments away.
Over prices apartments - new management/owners are only looking to get paid.
