From a single mother of 2 from Chicago I was Scared to move so far alone with kids. The process from finding the place here on the app to calling to set up a viewing all felt right. I met with Nexxis and Alexis who are so sweet. She’s always professional and helpful. The process to move in was fast. She got the apartment I wanted and listened to me. I been here almost a year and never had a problem with management or maintenance. If it’s a problem they come asap to fix it and I love it. Also... they been doing small renovations and updating our apartment to keep them up to date. I feel so happy and blessed I took myself and kids out of Chicago and moved them somewhere peacefully and safe. The police is always watching the train station and is near which made me feel 100 times safer. Only thing I’ll wish they can add is open windows in The hallways to help with ventilation but I’m in love with my place . Also the school district is amazing !

Under new management
I want to say thank you to the new management company that took over. They are so AMAZING!! the leasing agent Alexus was beyond knowledgeable, caring, and understanding. She was the reason why after previous bad reviews that I had seen my self I gave westline a chance and I’m beyond happy that I did. I love how great they are when you call and answering all your questions and being a great advocate for their tenants.

Worst place to live
I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone to stay the people that work there they don’t help you out in any way. Also there was mold on the ceiling & it the bathrooms told them about it time a time again but nothing was done.
PLEASE DONT MOVE THERE!!

If you make more than 33k/year, don't bother looking here
I drove by and thought this place looked nice. I research it and the prices are great! Amazing! Well, I go and set up a time to visit, and on the day, I decide to come in early, well, I wait for about 20 minutes after they open and the agent still hadn't shown up. I leave and send her an email explaining the situation. I tell her I'll come back (and drive 25 minutes) and when I get there, she asks about my pay, and then tells me that "We are a tax credit community, which means we do have to... qualify each household based off of yearly income.". After telling me the limit, she realizes that I make too much to qualify. The problem is that she could have saved both HER and I's time by just asking how much I made out the gate.
So basically you can only live there if you are Section 8.
Good luck.

its my first apartment
I personally hate my apartment.....it has no balcony, and it feels like i live in a box. i need an area to go outside and breathe and vent my frustration to the world to hear. no, i just need a place a BBQ. i would really love to never pay rent again so im giving this a shot. im a hard working 24 year old on the verge of getting married to my best friend. this would be amazing.
