GARBAGE
This place is garbage . Horrible customer service so glad to be leaving . If you have the choice DO NOT PICK HERE! They are completely disorganized the garbage overflows every week because they are too cheap to schedule pick ups and mainly because they don’t live here right ? So they don’t have to deal with it ? The manage Cheryl is disgusting and rude and should be fired and replaced with someone who knows how to do the job. Trash if I could give this place negative stars I would .

NOPE
Honestly this place is just not that great. Good price for bedrooms sure, but it comes with more than you giving your money to these money sucking landlords. First off, i'm scared even living here. There's really sketchy people as well as two pedophiles that live in both buildings....how is that so when there's a bus stop that picks up the kids every morning? Idk, good question. Last summer, one of them would beat on their girlfriend in the parking lot and hallways. The washer and dryer sucks.... Not to mention, the walls are paper thin so you have your neighbor beating on your wall for the simpliest things, like watching a movie. The dishwasher isn't that great. You can heat up or cool down your apartment, but maybe 5 mins later you have to turn back on the heater/air cuz insulation is bad. A few people have gotten their car broken into or smashed up. The elevator is sketchy as well too. A couple good things is they're finally upgrading the hallways. The office people are nice, except for the younger girl, she's a bit rude/unfriendly/unapproachable, but the older lady is sweet and attentive. So are the maintance guys, they always say hello and ask how you're doing. Also, bugs isn't really an issue in the apartment which is always a plus.

Drug City
The place constantly smells like marijuana. The amount of drug activity going on both inside and out is out of control. Its turning into a slum really fast.
