Beautiful newly renovated apartment for rent in West Dundee! Close to downtown Dundee, Randall road, 90, and just down the road from Prairie Meadows Park. Everything has been updated, paint, flooring, doors, bathroom, kitchen and windows. Complete... rehab! Unit is on the second floor of a two unit building. When you walk into the living room, you are greeted by a huge south facing window that lets in lots of natural light and is great for houseplants! Kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, including a fridge with ice maker/water dispenser, dishwasher and gas stove, quarts counter tops, lots of brand new cabinets and a large stainless steel single bowl sink. Each of the three bedrooms has brand new carpet, windows, paint, and doors. There is a closet in every bedroom, two linen closets in the hallway and a coat closet in the living room. Bathroom has brand new accesories, tub, surround, toilet, vanity, medicine cabinet mirror, and waterproof luxury vinyl flooring. Enjoy the large balcony that stretches across the entire length of the building, as well as a spacious shared back yard. In the basement, you get your own locked and private laundry/storage room. Washer and dryer included, as well as a heavy duty shelving unit. Garage spot also included. Central heating and cooling. Tenant pays gas and electric. Absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed. Unit is still in progress and needs a few finishing touches, so the photos may not accurately reflect certain details at the time of move in. Only one small cat OR dog allowed. Additional pet rent and deposit apply. Families with a cat up to 25 lbs will be charged a non refundable deposit of $100 and rent goes up by an additional $25 per month. Families with a dog up to 35 lbs will be charged a non refundable pet deposit of $250 and rent goes up by an additional $35 per month. An application will need to be filled out before scheduling a showing, which is just a few questions to provide us with some basic information. If both parties decide to move forward after the showing, a complete background check will need to be preformed, at the expense of the applicant. Background checks include full credit report, SSN verification/address history, nationwide criminal & sex offender search, nationwide evictions, bankruptcies and income verification. The price of the background check is $50, plus applicable taxes and fees.
